I believe she wasn’t very pleasant and she was in rush and all together she only did cupping for 20-25 mins and she did deep cuts I have been struggling it left marks so not going back:

Thanks for the feedback. It would have been much appreciated you had contacted us directly if you felt our service needs improving. Our hijama sessions take 40 to 60 minutes of which typically the cups stay on between 15 and 25 minutes. Longer than that may cause blistering so isn't very safe. So this session is certainly not shorter than usual. Also it would be good to know how long after the session marks were still visible. Cutting deep is something we avoid. Also if the practitioner had actually cut deep, it wouldn't be possible to finish the hijama session in 20 minutes. If deep cutting takes place the cups need to stay on for 30 to 40 minutes, which doesn't happen in our practice.
